GKM Co. has over 30 years of experience in the carob industry, operating integrated processing facilities that transform carob pods into Locust Bean Gum. Its factories, located in an industrial zone in Mersin near one of Turkey’s largest international ports, span 20,000 m² with 15,000 m² of indoor space. The facilities have an annual capacity to process 7,500 tons of carob pods and produce 800 tons of Locust Bean Gum, combining decades of expertise with modern production capabilities.
