The designated Quality Management System Representative is responsible for overseeing the effective operation and maintenance of the Safety Management System. All employees are dedicated to supporting the achievement of defined quality goals. Management regularly assesses the system’s performance through internal audits and periodic reviews to ensure compliance with FSSC 22000 and ISO 22000:2005 standards. Celiko’s Safety Management System covers all primary and secondary processes, including every stage of production and all resulting products. In line with the requirements of FSSC 22000 – version 4.1 and ISO 22000:2005, the system is continuously enhanced. Additionally, Celiko is certified for HALAL, BIO, and kosher production.
